I have put together a list of the New York vault collections. I have removed all the fluff of the naming the things. Because all you really need is to know the effects of completion and the boost that it offers.
The bonuses that are offered from the vault collections are permanent. Always vault them as soon as you obtain the whole set so you receive the bonuses in your game play.
