Iris Online Scout Class and Skill Guide for the Control Style Hunter
Scout has higher attack speed than the hunters with more attacking skills. You could describe the class as a machine gun. In terms of PvP, it has better player control skills such as push back and silence. In terms of self-buffs, it could increase its own movement speed and debuff slow.
Although Scouts have lower range than hunters, its PvP oriented skills are great for short ranged melee classes.

if scout has fast attacking speed than hunter then it has lower attack power?
